ORDERS
How do I know my order went through?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If it doesn’t land in your inbox within a few hours, check your spam folder—or email us and we’ll make sure everything’s good on our end.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, we can't guarantee cancellations or edits—but reach out ASAP and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships. If your order has already gone out, we can help you set up a return (unless the item is marked Final Sale).
I have a problem with my order—what should I do?
Please check your package when it arrives and report any issues within 3 days.

SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the U.S., with plans to expand internationally soon. Want us in your country? Let us know!
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also log into your account to view order status.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order—we do our best to keep it fair and transparent.
What if my package says delivered, but it’s missing?
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we’re unable to replace or refund it. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return any unworn, unwashed item within 14 days of delivery. Items must have all original tags and be in their original packaging if possible.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@maisonpimpim.com with your order number. We’ll send return instructions and a prepaid label. A $3.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. This may take 10–15 business days depending on your bank.
What if the item is defective or damaged?
If something isn’t right, we’re on it. Contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos if possible. We’ll make it right.

How do I know what size to order?
Our styles are generally true to size, but with a bit of room to grow. If you're unsure, email us—we're happy to help.
Where are your clothes made?
Our garments are designed in Brooklyn and responsibly made in China by a trusted manufacturing partner who shares our values around quality and care.
What materials do you use?
We use a curated mix of high-quality fabrics—like cotton, linen, and soft cotton-linen blends—chosen for comfort, durability, and feel.
Will the colors fade or shrink?
To preserve colors and fabric feel, we recommend washing cold and hanging to dry.
PAYMENT & PROMOS
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed via SSL.
Why was my card declined?
It could be due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or a typo during checkout. If you’re stuck, contact your bank or try another card.
Why am I being charged sales tax on some items?
In New York, clothing under $110 per item is exempt from state sales tax—but some local taxes may still apply depending on where you’re located. Shopify automatically calculates this based on your shipping address.
How do I use a promo code?
You can enter your promo code at checkout before confirming your order. Click "Apply" and you’ll see the discount reflected immediately.
GIFTING & WHOLESALE
Can I send a gift?
Absolutely! Mark your order as a gift at checkout and you can add a personal note. Our packaging is cute and gift-ready.
